This room is a studio apartment in the Upper in a Back Carriage Apartment.which was totally remodeled. I finnished off this room with the help of my sister, Patsy and her son, Parker in 2006. The property is between the Audubon Park and the FLY near and the river's dog walk. It's always easy to rent out and has been the home of a few great legal minds fresh out of Tulane and Loyola Universities.
